hard training...
now i felt my leg paint...
cuz flying side-kick....especially my right leg...
when i jump that time....my left leg is fly on target, while my right leg had such a big impact while landing...

i also go 2 exhibition... all chinese book...
boring.....
but im happy that i can meet 徐有利..............
